Vapour Recovery Unit

Tanks, vents, and other low-pressure emission sources are common in oil and gas operations, and managing them can be both costly and complex. The CROSSFIRE Vapour Recovery Unit (VRU) bridges the gap when recovering gas from smaller sources that are often left to vent—either because existing solutions are oversized or due to limited power availability.

The CROSSFIRE VRU uses the same proven, low-power platform found across the CROSSFIRE lineup and employs positive displacement to recover low-pressure gas at rates up to 100 m³/day, compressing it to as much as 15 psi. Its control strategy ensures precise start/stop functionality and variable RPM across the curve, allowing the VRU to adapt seamlessly to changing vent rates in your process.
