Hot Water Boiler
The ZVBA is a high-performance, immersion-style electrode boiler engineered for direct hot water production. Its sealed, gas-pressurized design prevents steam formation, maintaining stable operation within the inner vessel. Water circulates continuously between the inner and outer tanks, with output power automatically adjusted based on the water level in contact with the electrodes.
Hot water is delivered directly from the system and transfers energy efficiently through a Plate Heat Exchanger. With precise control from 3% to 100% output, the ZVBA offers flexible, responsive heating for demanding industrial environments.
Steam Boiler
ZDKI Steam Boiler – High-Performance Electrode Boiler for Demanding Applications
The ZDKI is an immersion-type electrode steam boiler designed for rapid response and high-efficiency operation. Featuring a dual-vessel design, water circulates between the outer shell and the inner tank, where power output is precisely controlled by the water level in contact with the electrodes.
This design enables exceptionally fast startup times and a wide modulation range from 3% to 100%. The ZETA boiler series supports power inputs from 5 MW to 70 MW and delivers steam pressures up to 950 psig. With near-100% efficiency—limited only by minimal losses through insulation and blowdown—it offers a highly sustainable solution for industrial steam generation.
Thanks to its large steam space and calm steaming surface, the ZDKI produces ultra-clean steam with minimal carryover. This makes it the preferred auxiliary boiler in nuclear power plants, where steam quality requirements exceed 99.9%.
