Wireless vibration monitoring was used to support asset reliability, but poor signal strength, frequent data dropouts, and battery replacements every two to three months undermined system performance. The lack of reliable, actionable data made it difficult to detect developing faults, prioritize maintenance, and scale monitoring across critical assets.

Spartan Controls introduced PeakVue Plus as part of a comprehensive wireless reliability upgrade. The engagement began with a lunch‑and‑learn to align stakeholders and demonstrate Emerson reliability solutions, followed by a wireless site assessment to validate signal strength and identify required hardware and software upgrades.
 
Spartan delivered an end‑to‑end solution that included hardware and software supply, site installation, AMS Machine Works configuration, IT/OT network support, and project execution. The final deployment included 100 AMS 9530 wireless vibration monitors, two 1410 WirelessHART gateways, and AMS Machine Works with 500 tags, providing reliable data collection and a scalable foundation for advanced condition monitoring.
