Rosemount™ X-STREAM Enhanced XECLD Continuous Gas Analyzer
Rosemount X-STREAM Enhanced XECLD Continuous Gas Analyzer
Purpose-built to detect ultra-low concentrations of NOx emissions in industrial and commercial combustion applications, the Rosemount XECLD Continuous Gas Analyzer uses highly stable, solid-state Chemiluminescence Detection (CLD) technology to help operators prove compliance with environmental regulations.
Designed for optimum reliability and care-free maintenance, the XECLD eliminates vacuum pumps, reducing a source of vibration which can compromise equipment integrity and measurement reliability.

Features

  • Very wide user-selectable NOx measurement ranges from 0 - 5 ppm up to 10,000 ppm.
  • Ideal not only for NOx emissions monitoring in industrial combustion applications, but also for vehicle emissions and engine testing, as well as purity measurement in medical and food & beverage applications.
  • Thermoelectrically cooled, solid-state detector assembly ensures reliable performance and longer operating lifetime.
  • Integrated web interface allows analyzer configuration and monitoring without the need to install additional software.
  • Advanced diagnostics enhance visibility to analyzer health and process conditions and provide actional information to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Features a user-friendly and intuitive Local Operator Interface (LOI) to operate the analyzer without the need for a computer or handheld communicators.
  • Designed around U.S. EPA's Method 7E procedure and the European Standard EN 14792:2017 for reliable NOx emissions monitoring.
  • Uses the tried-and-true chemiluminescence detection technology pioneered by Emerson’s Beckman which still reigns as the industry's standard reference method for measuring nitrogen oxides (NOx).
