Spartan Controls RailVue™ System is based on three pillars; measurement, service/support and interface/data integration. Our RailVue™ system is designed specifically for rail terminal loading and unloading applications, it is in full regulatory compliance with American Petroleum Institute (API) Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standards (MPMS) Chapters 5.6, 11, 12, 21, and API RP 3000
 

 

The RailVue™ system is purpose built to handle all related functions and tasks of railcar loading and unloading from accurate measurement of the products leaving or entering the terminal to integration with external rail logistics. It can provide a complete Bill of Lading (BOL) and transactional data for your field capture and production accounting systems. It incorporates loading target quantity (LTQ) calculations from API RP 3000 to determine the volume or weight limitations to ensure compliance with regulatory quantity requirements for weight and outage.

Some of the other functions include accurate density corrected water cuts using Spartan’s AutoComp™ calculation routine, accurate oil and water volumes, industry compliance calculations, real-time data management, metering proving capability, device diagnostics, and audit trails.
