As a local automation product and service provider, we recognize the important role that we have to support your operations with equipment, technical support and services, located both on your sites and remotely. We have invested in significant capabilities to support your assets remotely where travel or direct on-site support is not possible, which will be a key enabler as travel restrictions take hold. We are also actively connected with your facility and able to align with your site protocols.
We are currently implementing our action plan specific to the COVID-19 outbreak which includes minimizing travel, mandatory isolation for returned international travelers and the increased use of technology for communication/collaboration where possible.
