Wet Gas Recycle Control

Spartans wet gas recycle control solutions are used to protect the first stage of the wet gas compressor from the effects of surge that can occur during startup, shutdown, and process upsets. Protection of these assets is critical to the operation and efficiency of the compressor, and the wet gas recycle control valves need to respond to process changes quickly.

Noise attenuation may be required, and must be selected according to the service conditions without compromising the response and reliability of the control valve. Spartan’s application engineering team has the expertise to assist in selection of the proper valve and will ensure proper performance of this critical asset.

Fisher Large ET control valves are used for either throttling or on-off control of a wide variety of liquids and gasses.

Fisher EW series easy-e valves feature large internal cavities with expanded end connections and a variety of unbalanced and balanced plug designs.

The Fisher NPS 12 through 24 × 20 CL150 through CL600 EUT-2, EWT-2, EUD, EWD, EUT, and EWT general-purpose valves are used for either throttling or on-off control of a wide variety of liquids and gasses. These valves have single ports, balanced valve plugs, and cage guiding.
The FIELDVUE DVC6200 is a digital valve controller capable of operating using 4-20 mA, HART, Fieldbus, or Profibus communication protocols. The basis of its operation is the conversion of a control signal into a pneumatic output controlling valve position.

Using the highest quality materials and decades of design refinement, El-O-Matic™ actuators reliably and efficiently operate quarter-turn mechanisms. Extreme temperature and high cycle applications pose no problem for the robust design of El-O-Matic™ actuators.
