    During my time here at Spartan, what stands out the most is how much everyone genuinely supports your learning. You’re encouraged to ask questions, try new things, and really understand the work you’re doing. One of my favorite parts of my role is being able to walk onto the manufacturing floor and see something I helped design, like panel drawings or narratives, being built and programmed in real life. That hands‑on experience was invaluable and helped me discover how much I enjoy work that connects design with practical implementation.
