He has worked across major projects, production, and operations, leading large teams and delivering complex developments from early planning through to full production.
Throughout his career, Justin has been involved in some of Canada’s largest oil sands and thermal projects, focusing on improving performance, increasing efficiency, and safely delivering results.
He brings a practical, hands-on leadership style and a strong track record of turning complex challenges into successful operations.
