Our Communities

The United Way is a strong fit with our goal of giving children and families in need a hand up and investing in the communities in which we live and work. The United Way allocates funding where it is needed most, bringing together all areas of community to develop long-term strategies to solve social issues. Each year, Spartans across all of our locations take part in an annual fundraising campaign to support the United Way in their area. Together, these efforts strengthen local communities and provide support for individuals and families across Western Canada.

Spartan provides support to post-secondary engineering and technology education institutions in Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan through monetary donations, equipment donations, and student bursaries as well as hosting student events in many of our facilities.

We believe in making a difference through volunteer efforts. Each year, all of our location teams select a local registered charity that aligns with our values and gets involved through volunteering.
