Winterization Enclosures

Spartech Manufacturing has the ability to provide a solution to all our customers' winterization needs in conjunction with Intertec, O’Brien and other applicable enclosures.

Through consultation with Application Engineering, the customer can obtain the optimum solution through a variety of means such as the preparation of a ‘mock-up’ for customer inspection and acceptance. This process has proven to minimize rework time resulting in an improved delivery and cost reduction. The savings can be up to 20% of the overall cost.

The winterization enclosures can come with various drawing packages from full “as- built”  CAD to “red-lined” customer supplied equivalents.

Custom Buildings

Spartech Manufacturing has the ability to provide custom building solutions to all our customers' winterization needs. Additional expertise in building project management provides protection for panels and pneumatic systems.

Recent projects have included Analytical, Communications, Instrumentation and Control (I&C), Quality Control and Truck Unload buildings. We have provided buildings in Canada and the U.S. for customers such as Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL), Suncor and Husky.

This service provides customers with a focal point for all aspects of a project. All elements - pneumatic system, electrical control, building, skid and staging - can be managed as a single entity by Spartech Manufacturing.
