STERLING Valve Automation has applied products associated with natural gas compressor heat exchanger louver control.

Solution:

• 12 or 24 Volt DC Powered Explosionproof Electric Actuators
• Servo Positioning Control with a 4-20 mA input control signal

Through a compressor control panel that monitors process temperatures, the Electric actuator receives a control signal to operate the louvers. With built-in manual override capability the electric actuator can be operated safely without power.  The Electric actuator has low power consumption to be used in solar power or TEG and battery systems.
