Level Control

Fisher provides a wide variety of digital, pneumatic and electronic instruments control valve position which control variable such as level, pressure, or temperature. The  L2 liquid level controller uses a displacer type sensor to detect liquid level or the interface of two liquids of different specific gravities. This controller is ideal for controlling level on gas separators and scrubbers. The reliability of the Type L2 design makes it well suited for high pressure liquid level applications in natural gas production, compression, and processing.

The Fisher D2 control valve is a rugged, compact globe valve intended to be used in on-off control. This valve is ideal for use in level control as a dump valve and is well suited for high pressure applications with its 1” NPT CL900 rating.
The Fisher D3 control valve is a rugged, compact globe valve for advanced on-off control, using either pneumatic or electric actuation. This valve is ideal for use as a dump valve in level control and is available in NPS 1 and 2 inch connections with CL900 NPT or CL600 raised face flanges.
The Fisher D4 control valve is a rugged, compact globe valve designed primarily for high pressure throttling applications using either pneumatic or electric actuation. This valve is ideal for high pressure flow control applications utilizing throttling or on-off control. The D4 is available in NPS 1 and 2 inch connections, from NPT up to CL900/1500 raised face and ring-type-joint flanges.
The rugged Fisher L2 liquid level controller uses a displacer type sensor to detect liquid level or the interface of two liquids of different specific gravities and compares the level with a desired value (set point) to produce a pneumatic signal that can operate a dump valve.
The FIELDVUE DVC6200 is a digital valve controller capable of operating using 4-20 mA, HART, Fieldbus, or Profibus communication protocols. The basis of its operation is the conversion of a control signal into a pneumatic output controlling valve position.

Liquid Level Switches with 2” NPT mounting are float activated to operate an electrical SPDT snap switch (optional DPDT on some models) for alarm or shutdown of an engine or electric motor. The LS200 connects directly into the scrubber wall and can be used with a Murphy weld collar (P/N 15050375) or Murphy external float chamber (P/N 15700799).
