Combustion Flue Gas Analysis

In order to operate your industrial boiler efficiently and safely, flue gases must be measured and monitored with accurate, dependable instruments. 

Rosemount’s Insitu O2 transmitters, supplied by Spartan, provide accurate measurement of the oxygen remaining in the flue gases coming from any combustion process. This allows you to achieve optimal combustion efficiency by maintaining the ideal level of oxygen in the flue gases and the lowest level of NOX, CO and CO2.

This easy to use and integrate solution was designed with customer ease-of-use in mind and contains no moving parts or sampling apparatus’, resulting in an extremely reliable probe that requires very little maintenance. 

The 6888 continues the tradition of integrating an oxygen probe and field electronics into a single, compact package. The probe inserts directly into a flue gas duct to measure oxygen in combustion processes.

The Oxymitter™ 4000 In Situ Oxygen Transmitter is the world's first in situ, zirconium oxide-based oxygen transmitter for flue gas measurement with an explosion-proof rating. These oxygen measurements can be used in a control system or by a boiler operator to fine tune burner fuel/air ratios for maximum efficiency.
