For people attending courses, hotel reservations, at Spartan's corporate rate, are made on their behalf by Education Services' administrative staff and details included in the course confirmation letter.

The Coast Terrace Inn is a full service hotel. Rooms offer contemporary furnishings, minibars, two phones, high speed internet access and much more. It has a Fitness+ Raquet Club offering an indoor walking and jogging track, raquetball and squash courts, aerobic workout area and fitness equipment. Indoor swimming pool, spa and sauna. The Edmonton International Airport (YEG) is serviced by major domestic and international airlines.

Transportation from the International Airport is available via Sky Shuttle, taxi and car rental. Be sure to call ahead for specifics.

• Taxi fare from the International Airport to the hotel is approximately $40.00 Canadian.
• The Sky Shuttle is direct transportation between the International Airport and hotel. There is a shuttle that leaves the airport and the hotel every 45 minutes (Sunday - Friday) and every hour on the hour on Saturdays and holidays. The cost is $12.00/person one-way, or $25.00 return. A check-in counter and waiting area are located on the Arrivals Level adjacent to the Information Booth (across from Door #7) for passengers traveling to the city. Passengers traveling to the airport are dropped off on the Departures Level adjacent to the airline check-in. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted.
• The drive between the International Airport and the hotel is approximately 20 minutes. 
• Taxi fare between the hotel and Spartan Controls is approximately $10.00 Canadian, and is about a 10-15 minute drive.
